MUST\n・半導体前工程でのプロセスまたは設備エンジニア経験または製造プロセス開発・装置技術の実務経験\n・技術的な課題解決力とデータに基づく分析力\n・関係部署と協力して改善を推進できるコミュニケーション力\nWANT\n・拡散／LPCVD、PVD／めっき、WET洗浄、ドライエッチング等いずれかの担当経験\n・SPC、FMEA、DOE
