Ie BCD process.\nDrive continual improvement towards better Quality, Cost, Cycle time, etc.\nHands on experience taking a newly introduced technology/ product to benchmark process performance.\nQuality and Customer Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs):\nPartner with Foundry Quality and cross-functional teams to lead root cause identification, material disposition, and corrective action identification.\nSuccessful corrective action will ensure no repeats of similar types of issues and strive to catch excursion at/ closest to the point of origin.\nFoundry Operations’ representative for QA foundry audit\n Master’s degree in electrical, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or related field with 3 years of experience in Semiconductors (Fab Integration Engineering, Technology Development).\nKnowledgeable in BCD process and power devices.\nHands on experience taking a newly introduced technology/ product to benchmark process performance.
