technical excellence in the analog design of Power Management ICs by delivering hands-on block- and top-level design solutions from specification through design completion, in close collaboration with block lead designers.\nCore Responsibilities\nDesign, verify, and simulate CMOS analog blocks for Power Management ICs, including switching converters (isolated and non-isolated), Power FETs and driver circuits, A/D and D/A converters, oscillators, bandgap reference circuits, LDOs, and ultra-low-power circuits, ensuring performance requirements are met.\nCollaborate with block leads to define and execute system and design strategies for Power Management products.\nGuide layout engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of designed circuits.\nDrive silicon debugging and design characterization activities.\nConduct lab evaluation and validation of designs in collaboration with Application Engineers.\nWork closely with DFT engineers to ensure design blocks comply with established DFT methodologies and implementation strategies.\nCollaborate with Test and Product Engineers to support test development and product ramp-up to mass production.\nCoach and mentor less-experienced engineers, providing technical guidance and support.\nTake technical ownership of analog blocks and sub-systems, driving them from specification through silicon validation and mass production.\nInterpret product requirements and translate them into effective circuit and system-level design solutions.\n Experience in designing analog blocks for Power Management ICs (PMICs).\nExperience with switching converters (non-isolated and/or isolated), Power FETs, and gate driver circuits.\nExperience in the design of analog circuits such as ADCs, DACs, oscillators, bandgap reference circuits, and LDO regulators.\nExperience in ultra-low quiescent current (Ultra-Low IQ) circuit design is preferred.\nHigh-voltage analog design experience is
