You will serve as the technical lead for analog & power solutions, supporting system-level design engagements across key customers, including pre- and post-design support activities such as new technology introduction, component selection, technical resource guidance, schematic & layout reviews, and issue resolution to help drive design-in to design-win success.\nThe FAE will:\nInfluence customer analog & power architecture development, including power tree design, device selection, and system optimization, performing technical design reviews, root-cause analysis, and hands-on debug for analog and power-related issues. \nDrive new product evaluations and competitive positioning for Renesas analog and power portfolio (PMICs, DC/DC, GaN & MOSFETs, LDOs, battery management, signal chain, transceivers, op amps, optocouplers, nor flashes etc…). \nSupport system-level design integration, ensuring alignment between Analog, Power, Processor, and Connectivity subsystems. \nProvide direct technical guidance to customers to accelerate designs from concept to production revenue. \nDeliver field feedback to product divisions, influencing roadmap, feature prioritization, and system solution gaps. \nBeing part of sales team, work closely with peers to achieve business targets. \nDevelop and present customer trainings, technical seminars, and internal enablement content. \nSuccess in this role requires the ability to translate component-level expertise into system-level solutions and business successes, while building strong, trusted relationships with customers and internal teams.\n Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (MSEE preferred). \nStrong experience in Analog and Power Electronics (customer-facing or design role). \nPreferred Qualifications:\nExpertise in power conversion and management (Buck/boost converters, PMICs, LDOs), Power tree sequencing, Battery-powered system design, Strong understanding of analog signal chain (Amplifiers, data converters, sensors, filtering, Noise, stability, signal integrity considerations, etc…) \nProven experience in System-level power architecture design, Schematic and PCB layout review, especially for power integrity and thermal considerations, Bench characterization, validation, and debug of power systems \nAbility to work across domains such as interaction of power with MCUs/MPUs, DDR, high-speed interfaces, and connectivity subsystems \nHands-on lab proficiency with oscilloscopes, power analyzers, thermal analysis, transient response measurements \nStrong communication skills, capable of translating deep technical content into customer-facing solutions and value propositions \nSelf-driven, highly collaborative, able to own complex technical engagements \nStrong willingness to work at customer premises, including regular travels over multiple days\n Renesas is an embedded semiconductor solution provider driven by its Purpose, To Make Our Lives Easier.
