We are seeking a Product & Test Expert to join our team with a primary focus on sustaining engineering activities. his role as the Product owner and is critical in ensuring the long-term quality, reliability, and manufacturability of our power IC products. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams-including design, test, manufacturing, and quality-to support mature products in high-volume production, drive yield improvement, resolve customer issues, and extend product lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities\nMass Production Sustaining Test Program owner to multiple products lifecycle.\nSustaining Product COGS improvement and process optimization such as Yield/Volume/Test Time/failure improvements. Improve Test process and prevent potential quality excursions.\nDevelop automation tools to improve operational performance and reporting efficiency.\nSupport customer return activities, analyze product performance, failure modes, and increase test coverage for quality (RMA/FA).\nServe as a mentor for less experienced engineers\nCross function interface with Operation, QA, Reliability, Factory and OSAT\nRequirements:\nExperience with test hardware and test program development\n Bachelor's Degree Engineering in Electrical/Electronic, Physics, Computer or related fields\nExperience with Advantest V93K, Terradyne ETS, or COHU Diamondx, or SPEA DOT800\nExperience in programming/scripting such as C++, basic, Perl, python.\nProficient with ATE analog digital instruments and strong debug/troubleshooting experience \nExperience in Data manipulation and analysis skill. Familiar with JMP, PDF Exenso is a plus.\nProduct Management skill.
