Renesas is a leading electronics supplier globally, and this is a unique opportunity to directly influence the future products which will be offered to our customers in a new, fast growing and large Indian market with specific needs and applications.\n Responsible for managing the development of New Products (Industrial and Automotive) and delivering on all program commitments from inception through execution to tape out and start of production. \nDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure on-time project completion within budget constraints while maintaining high quality \nDrive cross-functional teams including design, test, product engineering, validation, marketing, systems, applications, operations, planning, various factories, and vendors as Program Manager to meet project milestones and objectives. \nManage several key projects in parallel or singular large program \nContinuously reviews program progress, proactively identify risks and collaboratively develops and drives risk mitigation efforts \nCollaborate with cross-functional and peers from other business groups to drive collaboration and harvest best practices and lessons learned to keep the business group in sync with One Renesas methodologies, tools and systems \nDrive execution initiatives and process improvements at the functional, cross functional and business group level \nMonitor and report on project progress, including key performance indicators and metrics, to senior management and stakeholders.\nResponsibilities may include:\nCollaborate and work in a team environment with Design, Applications, Test, Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality and Reliability in all aspects of new product development, production release to accomplish goals and objectives \nDesign bench evaluation PCBs (printed circuit boards) and generating characterizations programs for bench evaluations \nPerform evaluation, debug and characterization of integrated circuits to ensure they meet the product requirement specifications and manufacturing requirements \nWork with failure analysis (FA) to determine root cause of any reliability and qualification failures \nKnowledge of statistics and tools (example: Spotfire) to analyze large amounts of characterization data and determine and set production test limits and predict yield data \nWork with process and package technology development to develop and qualify technologies for new product development \nWork closely with the global manufacturing facilities to address customer specific product quality, yield management and cost reductions issues on mature products. Scope of work could include product spins and derivatives \n Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering\n\n7+ years of hand`s on technical program/project management experience leading cross functional teams to develop broad market or custom Power/Analog/ Mixed-Signal products for commercial, industrial or automotive applications with at least 10 years of experience working in the Semiconductor domain\n\nSolid understanding of Semiconductor Manufacturing, Development and Management\n\nAbility to work in a team setup comprising of other functional groups\n\nStrong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery\n\nDemonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships\n\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment\n\nAbility to take the initiative and drive for results\n\nStrong problem solving, verbal and written communications skills\n\nAbility to multiplex between projects and be able to maintain project schedules\n\nFamiliarity with JEDEC / AEC Qualification standards\n\nFamiliarity with ATE tester platforms (Teradyne / Eagle)\n\nKnowledge of statistics and tools (example: Spotfire) to analyse large amounts of characterization data and determine and set production test limits and predict yield data\n\nKnowledge of back-end semiconductor processes like Wafer Fabrication, Bump, Packaging, Assembly and Test is an asset.\n\nWorking experience in a high-pressure environment, competing priorities and tight turnaround times.\n\nStrong communication, presentation, and leadership skills; Ability to lead technical discussions and summarize outcome for executive level status reporting.\n\nProficient with industry standard project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, DFMEA, Root Cause Analysis , Confluence, Microsoft OneNote\n\n Renesas is an embedded semiconductor solution provider driven by its Purpose, To Make Our Lives Easier.
