In this role, you will work on the design and development of smart power stages and power management integrated circuits (ICs), with the ability to support product definition, and testability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport the design and development of smart power stages and power management ICs.\nDesign low-power precision analog and mixed-signal circuits including but not limited to: LDOs, Charge Pumps, Bandgaps, Amplifiers, and/or DACs, ADCs.\nCollaborate with digital design, layout, and verification teams.\nPerform circuit simulations and analysis to optimize performance and reliability.\nConduct design reviews and provide feedback to ensure design quality and compliance with specifications.\nStay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.\n BSEE (8+ years), MSEE (6+ years), or PhD (3+ years) of experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design.\nStrong knowledge of analog design principles, including signal processing and power management.\nStrong knowledge of transistor level design.\nProficiency in using Cadence design tools.\nProblem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nGood knowledge of written and spoken English.\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with DC-DC switching converter design.\nExperience with advanced process technologies (e.g., CMOS, BiCMOS, BCD).\nFamiliarity with industry standards and compliance requirements.\n The expected annual pay range for this position is €50,000-€67,000. Please note that the final offer will depend on factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, and the candidate’s skill set.
