Join us and build your future by being part of what’s next in electronics and the world.\n Plan and execute product validation and characterization to demonstrate performance, robustness, and compliance to customer use-cases\nCollaborate with Product Engineering, R&D, Firmware, and Marketing to translate customer requirements into product features, configuration options, and roadmap feedback.\nDevelop test plans, automate bench measurements where applicable (Python/C), analyze data, and generate concise reports to support internal release decisions and customer communications.\nCreate and review customer-facing collateral such as datasheets, application notes, user guides, design guidelines, and troubleshooting FAQs; ensure technical accuracy and clarity.\nSupport silicon bring-up and customer configuration (GUI/firmware/PMBus as applicable), including loop compensation guidance, sequencing, telemetry setup.\n Minimum BS+5 or MS+3 (BS+8 or MS+5 is better) in Engineering or technical equivalent in the power management industry -must\nExperience with multiphase DC/DC converters -nice to have\nExperience with digitally enabled power management products.\nUnderstanding of control loop theory and its application in power converters\nProficiency with a full complement of lab equipment including network analyzers, oscilloscopes and waveform generators.
