Acts as a primary technical Interface between Renesas and OSATs.\nNote : OSAT - Outsourcing subcontractor assembly & Test\nKey Responsibilities\nCollaborate with OSATs to ensure good yield, quality, delivery and cost performance and drive improvement activities to meet KPI.\nImplement process and materials changes at the OSATs and runs qualification activities to qualify these changes.\nDevelop and/or assist NPI to release new packages/products at OSATs and ensure seamless transition to production.\nDevelop and qualify (new or existing Renesas packages) at qualified or new assembly subcontractor as alternate source\nCoordinate failure analysis activities and address the root cause together with OSATs and QA.\nCollaborate with OSATs to implement fool-proof improvement plans for preventive/corrective actions related to quality issues.\nProvide suggestions and ideas to improve work processes at Renesas.\nPrefer with automotive products experience\n Degree in Engineering or Science or Mathematics\nMinimum 10 years of experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing environment\nAdded advantage for candidates with experience in Assembly, NPI and 6 Sigma\nKnowledge in project or program management will be good to have\n Renesas is an embedded semiconductor solution provider driven by its Purpose, To Make Our Lives Easier.
