Join us and build your future by being part of what’s next in electronics and the world.\n Job Summary:\nIn this role, the candidate will own the product reliability and quality of integrated circuits from development through production to ensure our products meet industry standards, customer expectations, and long-term performance requirements. Therefore, a deep understanding of product reliability and experience is essential.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCoordinate product reliability qualification, test scheduling, and data analysis for NPI, ORT, quality incident activities.\nDrive failure analysis activities and recommend corrective actions.\nPrepare qualification plans and reports for internal teams and customers.\nInvestigate reliability issues and identify root causes.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams on reliability qualification, failure analysis, risk assessment for quality incident, and proactively drive the risk mitigation.\n MS or PhD degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or related fields with minimum of 8+ years work experience in reliability engineering related to integrated circuits or other semiconductor components.\nGood knowledge of IC reliability test methodologies (eg, HTOL, ELFR, HTDR/LTDR, ESD/LU, uHAST, TCT, HTSL, BHAST, etc), physical mechanisms, reliability acceleration models, statistical analysis, and FA techniques.\nFamiliar with industry standards, such as JEDEC families, AEC-Q100/Q006, etc.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.\nExperienced in collaborating with global, cross-functional engineering teams.\nProficient in written and verbal English communications.\n Renesas is an embedded semiconductor solution provider driven by its Purpose, To Make Our Lives Easier.
