The role requires a collaborative and consultative approach to delivering reliable technology solutions and continuous process improvements.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide functional and technical support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP HCM, SAP S/4HANA, and Workforce Software applications.\nConfigure and maintain HR and payroll system functionality, business rules, workflows, and integrations.\nSupport payroll, workforce management, and core HR processes across multiple regions.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex system, payroll, and integration-related issues.\nSupport integrations between HR systems, payroll systems, and third-party applications.\nCollaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to deliver enhancements and projects.\nParticipate in system upgrades, testing, release management, and change implementation activities.\nExperience configuring and supporting enterprise systems and business processes.\nStrong analytical capability with excellent attention to detail.\nExperience troubleshooting integration-related issues and supporting system interfaces.\nExperience using data analysis and reporting tools.\nStrong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.\nAbility and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.\nCollaborative and consultative approach to stakeholder engagement.\nStrong organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills.\nFluent verbal and written English communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.\nEssential Skills & Experience:\nExpert knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM.\nStrong understanding of HR, Payroll, Time Management, and Workforce Management processes.\nExperience supporting enterprise HR systems such as:SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central\nSAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP)\nSAP HCM\nSAP S/4HANA\nWorkforce Software\n\nExperience troubleshooting system integrations and data-related issues.\nStrong analytical capability, attention to detail, and best-practice knowledge.\nExperience with data analysis and reporting tools like PowerBI, MDP.\nUnderstanding of HR data structures, business processes, and system configuration.\nUnderstanding of integration concepts, middleware, APIs, and file-based interfaces.\nExperience using Jira and ServiceNow.\nBasic knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP CPI.\nUnderstanding of integration concepts, middleware, APIs, and file-based interfaces.\nDesirable Skills & Experience:\nExperience with SuccessFactors modules including:Onboarding 2.0\nTime Off & Timesheets\nPerformance & Goals\nCompensation\nIntegration Center\n\nExperience implementing or supporting Employee Central Payroll (ECP).\nExperience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA, payroll systems, and third-party applications.\nExperience with Workforce Software configuration and support.\nExperience using Jira and ServiceNow.\nBasic knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP CPI.\nExperience supporting global HR and payroll landscapes.\nExperience working in a global HRIS environment.\n Renesas is an embedded semiconductor solution provider driven by its Purpose, To Make Our Lives Easier.
