Therefore, a deep understanding of product reliability and experience is essential.\n MS or PhD degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or related fields with minimum of 8+ years work experience in reliability engineering related to integrated circuits or other semiconductor components. \nGood knowledge of IC reliability test methodologies (eg, HTOL, ELFR, HTDR/LTDR, ESD/LU, uHAST, TCT, HTSL, BHAST, etc), physical mechanisms, reliability acceleration models, statistical analysis, and FA techniques.( must be familiar of the test areas for this role per HM request) \nFamiliar with industry standards, such as JEDEC families, AEC-Q100/Q006, etc. \nAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. \nExperienced in collaborating with global, cross-functional engineering teams. \nProficient in written and verbal English communications. \nCoordinate product reliability qualification, test scheduling, and data analysis for NPI, ORT, quality incident activities. \nDrive failure analysis activities and recommend corrective actions. \nPrepare qualification plans and reports for internal teams and customers. \nInvestigate reliability issues and identify root causes. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams on reliability qualification, failure analysis, risk assessment for quality incident, and proactively drive the risk mitigation. \n Pay Transparency\nThe expected annual pay range for this position is $136,000-170,000K. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities.
