This position is ideal for a hands-on manufacturing leader who excels in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about employee development, safety, quality, and operational performance.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and supervise assembly production personnel in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.\nDrive daily manufacturing activities to achieve production schedules, quality requirements, and operational objectives.\nMonitor department performance metrics and implement corrective actions to improve productivity, throughput, scrap reduction, and overall efficiency.\nFoster a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.\nCoach, mentor, train, and develop employees to maximize performance and support career growth.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, manufacturing procedures, quality requirements, and regulatory standards.\nCoordinate staffing, shift coverage, work assignments, and resource allocation to meet manufacturing demands.\nPartner with Assembly, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and Management teams to resolve production issues and remove barriers to success.\nSupport new product introductions and production readiness activities within the assembly organization.\nReview manufacturing data and production trends to identify opportunities for process and operational improvements.\nLead problem-solving efforts related to production delays, yield concerns, equipment downtime, and workflow inefficiencies.\nSupport workforce planning, employee performance management, training initiatives, and succession planning.\nParticipate in audit preparation, corrective action activities, and quality conformance requirements.\nAssist with departmental budgeting, cost control initiatives, and continuous improvement program\n Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate's degree\nMinimum 5 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 5 years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience.\nStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.\nProven ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees in a production environment.\nExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nSelf-starter who can work independently while effectively leading teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\nSemiconductor manufacturing or electronics assembly experience.\nExperience supervising employees in a high-mix manufacturing environment.\nFamiliarity with semiconductor assembly operations, including wire bonding, die attach, epoxy dispensing, hermetic sealing, curing ovens, and related manufacturing processes.\nWorking knowledge of manufacturing metrics, statistical process controls, and continuous improvement methodologies.\nExperience supporting highly regulated or high-reliability manufacturing environments.\nKnowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes.\n Due to the nature of this position and the required access to areas where ITAR-controlled articles and/or technical data may be present, candidates must meet the applicable U.S. person requirements for ITAR access.
