You will gain valuable insight into the real-world use of Renesas products, customers and their product development and deployment strategies and practices in various market segments as mentioned above.\nResponsibilities:\n- Research on advanced inverter function and algorithms e.g. OPP/MPC/NPC(T-Type), conduct simulation and validation in MATLAB/Simulink;\n- EMB (Electro-mechanical Brake) product benchmark, support system function research;\n- Develop AI agent-based tools to automate the management of customer requirements and technical abstracts, improving efficiency and traceability;\n- Consolidate and analyse current solutions, suggest improvements as per latest Automotive/Semiconductor trends\n Requirements:\n- Solid understanding of power electronics, motor control, and control theory;\n- Strong analytical skills and ability to research, consolidate, and evaluate technical solutions, including academic literature, patents, semiconductor solutions, and automotive technology trends;\n- Basic understanding of automotive E/E systems;\n- Basic programming skills in Python or similar languages;\n- Experience in AI agents and workflow automation;\n- Passion to explore automotive systems, semiconductor and AI technologies.\nGood to Have Requirements:\n- Automotive domain: Understanding of Automobiles and various systems in a vehicle (E-motor, charger, inverters, DCDC converter, X-by-Wire, Body Control, etc);\n- Power electronics: knowledge of inverter topologies and advanced control algorithms such as OPP, MPC, and multilevel inverters;\n- Simulation Models: Hands-on experience with MATLAB/Simulink for modeling, simulation, algorithm development, and validation;\n- Microcontrollers & Microprocessors : Understanding of MCUs & MPUs, and System-on-Chip (SoC) architecture;\n- Embedded HW/SW Development: Experience in embedded hardware and software development for System-on-Chip (SoC) environments using C/C++.\n Renesas is an embedded semiconductor solution provider driven by its Purpose, To Make Our Lives Easier.
