This role supports test operations by executing test procedures, documenting results on travelers, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and production requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nOperate automated and manual test equipment according to established procedures and work instructions.\nLoad and unload product into test handlers, sockets, fixtures, and associated equipment.\nMonitor test systems to ensure proper operation and respond to alarms, equipment faults, or product failures.\nPerform basic troubleshooting and escalate equipment or process issues to Engineering, Maintenance, or Technician teams as required.\nReview test results and accurately document production data, yield information, and test outcomes.\nFollow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and quality requirements.\nIdentify and segregate nonconforming material in accordance with quality procedures.\nSupport production goals by maintaining equipment utilization and meeting throughput targets.\nAssist in product changeovers, setup verification, and lot processing activities.\nPerform Manufacturing Execution System (MES) transactions accurately, including lot movement, product tracking, holds, releases, and production status updates.\nSupport Tape & Reel (T&R) operations, including setup, operation, inspection, and verification of finished product packaging according to customer specifications.\nPerform final packing activities, including labeling, packaging verification, documentation review, and preparation of customer shipments.\nMaintain a clean and organized work area using 5S principles.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.\n Required Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent. Associates degree preferred.\n1-3 years of relevant work experience\nAbility to follow detailed work instructions and procedures.\nBasic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)\nAbility to read and interpret production documentation, travelers, and test specifications.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nEffective communication and teamwork skills.\nAbility to work flexible schedules, including overtime and shift work as needed.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in semiconductor, electronics, or manufacturing environments.\nExperience operating automated test equipment (ATE), handlers, probers, or production test systems.\nUnderstanding of basic electrical and electronic concepts.\nFamiliarity with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) controls.\nExperience with MES systems and production transaction processes.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.\nAbility to lift up to 25 pounds.\nAbility to perform repetitive tasks and work with small components.\n The expected hourly pay range for this position is $24.75 - $30.96/hour. This position may require overtime and is also eligible for bonus opportunities.
