The role focuses on technical leading of UX audit/validation for our MCU, MPU and Power product. semiconductor market.\nEssential Functions:\nUnderstand UX requirement from mass market customers based on application system designer’s user journey and reflect them on comprehensive Whole Product Framework.\nPlan and execute the audit/validation of Renesas products deliverables for new products based on Whole Product Framework requirement.\nFeedback on the audit/validation results to product groups, propose the enhancement of deliverables and drive the enhancement activity.\nSupport creation and review of technical documentation (Datasheets, User Manuals/Guides, Application Notes, EVK schematics etc)\n Minimum Requirements:\n MCU&MPU system: Strong understanding of MCU&MPU architecture, ARM cores (A/M series), peripherals, power/clock/reset, and low-power design.\nSoftware Design Environment: Skill to understand what environments and deliverables are required by mass market designers.\nHardware Design Environment: Skill to understand what environments and deliverables are required by mass market designers.\nEvaluation System: Skill to set up a semiconductor evaluation environment and conduct basic evaluations for Hardware and Software.\nPMIC: Good understanding of electronic components like PMICs, MOSFETs and other discrete.\nCompetitive Analysis: Experience in competitive analysis of semiconductor vender, especially design environment.\nTeamwork and Collaboration: Proven track record of collaborating within diverse, international teams, and managing multi-stakeholder environments.\nCommunication Skills: Business-level proficiency in English & Japanese, both spoken and written, for effective communication with international team members and stakeholders.\nUniversity degree graduate or above: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related technical field.\nMinimum experience: 5-7 years of experience in embedded hardware and system design and validation encompassing microcontrollers and microprocessors.\n Additional Preferred Qualifications:\nCompetitor’s Hardware: Experience with ST Micro, TI, NXP, or another competitor’s is a plus.\nPassion for Technical Field: Strong passion for
