Tech or B. E (Electrical / EE/ EEE)\nLocation : Gurgaon (Haryana)\nJob Summary\nWe are seeking an OT Cybersecurity Expert to secure renewable energy infrastructure. The role focuses on protecting SCADA, ICS, substations, and grid-connected renewable assets while ensuring compliance with Indian cybersecurity regulations such as CEA guidelines and CERT-In directives.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. OT Security Implementation\nImplement cybersecurity framework & controls across renewable energy assets (solar plants, wind farms, hydro stations, BESS) in line with applicable guidelines\nImplement identity and access management for OT environments\nResponsible for IT-OT segregation as per applicable grid norms and standard best practices\nDefine backup & disaster recovery strategies\nGovern third-party and OEM cybersecurity compliance\nCoordinate with stakeholders (Corporate IT, Site Operations, SCADA OEMs etc) for risk mitigation and patch management activities\n2. Network Security & Segmentation\nDesign and implement secure OT network architecture\nEnsure secure communication across sites (remote wind/solar farms)\nImplement VPNs, firewalls, and secure remote access for field engineers\n3. OT Security Projects, Risk Management & Incident Support\nLead OT cybersecurity projects across renewable energy assets from design, implementation, testing, commissioning, and handover.\nCoordinate with Corporate IT, SCADA OEMs, EPC contractors, and plant teams to implement OT security controls.\nConduct cybersecurity risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures for SCADA, substations, and plant control systems.\nSupport cybersecurity incident response, recovery activities, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.\n4. Compliance & Standards\nEnsure adherence to industry and regulatory standards such as:\nCEA Cybersecurity Guidelines (2021)\nCERT-In Cybersecurity Directions (2022)\nNCIIPC guidelines for critical infrastructure\nGrid compliance requirements (SLDC/RLDC/NLDC)\n5. Audits and reporting\nResponsible for all statutary audits and inspections pertaining to OT Cyber Security domain\nResponsible for all submissions as per applicable norms\nMaintain OT asset inventory and risk classification\n6.
