Documentation, Compliance & Controls\nEnsure strong understanding of internal controls and compliance across all treasury activities.\nAbility to manage documentation for various treasury facilities and arrangements.\nEnsure semi-annual/annual covenant compliances and submission of information to lenders/stake holders. \nSupport statutory, internal, and bank audits with accurate data and timely responses.\nEnsure adherence to RBI guidelines and company policies.\n2. Financial Modelling, Reporting & MIS\nExperience of building financial models, projections, CMA data from scratch for internal and external submissions.\nExperience in preparing and presenting PPT’s dashboard to mid/senior management for decision making.\nPrepare and review MIS reports on cash flows, exposures, investments, and liquidity positions.\nAnalyze trends, risks, and financial impacts to support decision-making.\nPresent treasury insights and strategies to senior management.\nBuild and manage various trackers for a) fund availability and takeout, b) financial and information covenant compliances for lenders c) pending internal actionable with/from internal/external stakeholders d) treasury limit utilizations etc.\n3. Bank Relationship Management\nAct as the primary contact for all banks and financial institutions.\nNegotiate rates, terms, limits, and fees for various treasury instruments.\nManage credit documentation.\nBuild and maintain strong banking relationships to support business needs. \n4.
