ReNew generated 22+ billion kWh of clean energy during FY25, enough to power over 6 million Indian households annually, and helped avoid 18.6+ million tonnes of carbon emissions.\nJob Description\nDesignation : Manager Procurement\nLocation : Gurugram\nEducation : BE/BTech Electrical\nExperience Requirement : 7 years to 9 years\nJob Purpose\nEnd-to-End supply chain management of respective category materials and services such as UPS, DGs, Panels (LT, HT, ACSB, ACDB, SCB), DC Work, AC Work and Sy installation and erection activities within parameters of targeted cost, quality and time, while participating in category management activities as directed by SCM Head.\nRoles and Responsibilities\n1. Formulate the respective category procurement strategy\nUnderstand the site and project requirement and identify the potential vendors for same.\nEvaluate the production capacities of vendors and highlight the volumes which can be ordered on them.\nConduct requirement planning and make the procurement plan.\nPrepare internal costing and present the same to Head Procurement.\nIdentify the potential vendors for critical items.\nConsolidate / optimise category-wise spend across the Organisation\nExplore alternative sources of procurement\nEnsure compliance to the process of ReNew.\n2. Manage timely PO & delivery of procured Direct items and raise red flags as required\n3. Develop and manage vendor relationships for the respective category\nEngage with vendors on a regular/daily basis to share project specific requirement and expedite the critical items.\nClose coordination with Quality Team and Project team for seamless supplies.\nMonitor & report vendor performance and compliance with respect to contracted SLAs\nConsolidate vendor base and institute powerful vendor development processes\nUphold ethical values in procurement dealings and operations in line with the corporate values\n4.
