ReNew stands committed to providing clean, safe, affordable, and sustainable energy for all and has been at the forefront of leading climate action in India.\nJob Description\nRole- SAP EWM Consultant\nExperience: 4-6 Years\nLocation- Gurgaon\nEducation-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, or relevant field.\nRole Summary:\nAn SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing advanced warehouse management solutions using SAP EWM. The role bridges technical capabilities and warehouse operations to optimize end to end logistics processes.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Solution Design & Implementation\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for EWM processes.\nConfigure SAP EWM components including inbound/outbound processes, warehouse structure, storage types, work centers, POSCs/LOSCS, and warehouse order creation rules.\nLead and support end to end EWM implementation cycles (Blueprint → Configuration → Testing → Go Live).\nIntegrate EWM with SAP ECC/S4HANA modules such as MM, SD, PP, and TM.\n2. Warehouse Operations Expertise\nSupport warehouse strategies: putaway, picking, replenishment, and stock removal methods.\nWork with RF framework, develop/modify RF screens, and troubleshoot RF-based processes.\nOptimize warehouse processes by analyzing operational issues and recommending improvements.\n3. Technical Coordination\nCollaborate with ABAP teams to design, test, and validate enhancements, RF developments, and custom objects.\nWork with middleware teams for interfaces using IDocs, BAPIs, and integration frameworks.\n4. Testing & Documentation\nPrepare test scripts, conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT with business stakeholders.\nCreate functional specifications, configuration documents, SOPs, and training materials.\n5. Go Live & Support\nProvide go live support, hypercare, and post production stabilization.\nTroubleshoot EWM process issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.\nSupport continuous improvements and change requests.\n6.
