ReNew stands committed to providing clean, safe, affordable, and sustainable energy for all and has been at the forefront of leading climate action in India.\nJob Description\nRoles and Responsibilities\nShop Floor Management\nManpower Planning\nTo maintain a proper ratio of trained and untrained employees\nImprovement in FTF (First Test Failure) at different stages of production\nTo collect and analyze rejection data\nTraining of New Operator\nSkill Matrix Preparation For Operator\nTo keep inventory control in the shop floor\nLead by example, ensuring a safe and efficient workplace is maintained at all times\nAchieve the required company quality standards ensuring both internal and external customer satisfaction\nEnsuring the KPIs are monitored and targets achieved.\nDrive performance of team members, giving direction and feedback to aid good performance\nEnsure safe working practices are maintained and 'Standard Operations' adhere to\nMotivate the team to create a high-performance culture where improvement suggestions are embraced.\nLiaise and coordinate with support functions to progress issues concerning production planning and resource/skill allocation to ensure delivery of products to schedule within all relevant quality specifications\nCommunicate with the teams by utilizing visual management, delivering shift briefs with a focus on quality, cost, and delivery, and gathering ideas for improvement\nProfile & Eligible Criteria\nExpertise in Module production with a minimum of 7 years of experience.\nSkills:\nExcellent knowledge of production, and quality control principles.
