Debt Raising & Funding Activities\nSupport fundraising activities including working capital facilities, term loans, project finance facilities, ECBs, trade finance facilities, and structured financing transactions.\nCoordinate with banks, financial institutions, and advisors for new debt arrangements and refinancing transactions.\nPrepare financing proposals, lender presentations, information memorandums, and financial data packs.\nTrack status of sanctions, approvals, documentation, and disbursements.\nAssist in evaluating financing terms, pricing, security requirements, and covenant implications.\n2. Lender Relationship Management\nAct as a key point of contact for existing and prospective lenders.\nMaintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, DFIs, multilateral agencies, and financial institutions.\nCoordinate lender meetings, management discussions, facility reviews, and site visits.\nAddress lender queries and ensure timely resolution of information requests.\nSupport senior treasury leadership in strategic banking engagements.\n3. Covenant Monitoring & Compliance Management\nMonitor financial and non-financial covenants across debt facilities.\nMaintain covenant compliance tracker and reporting calendar.\nCoordinate with Finance, Accounts, Legal, Secretarial, Tax, and Business teams for covenant-related information.\nEnsure timely submission of compliance certificates and covenant reports.\nIdentify potential covenant risks and escalate exceptions proactively.\n4. Information Sharing & Lender Reporting\nPrepare and circulate periodic information packages to lenders.\nMaintain data room and lender information repository.\nEnsure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of information shared externally.\n5. Financing Documentation Management\nCoordinate execution of loan agreements, facility agreements, security documents, and ancillary documents.\nLiaise with legal teams, lenders, trustees, security agents, and consultants during documentation.\nReview conditions precedent (CP) and conditions subsequent (CS) requirements.\nTrack completion of documentation and security creation activities.\nMaintain centralized repository of all financing agreements and amendments.\n6.
