This position will work collaboratively with the Senior Human Resources Generalist to handle the day-to-day administration of human resources functions, which includes recruiting, onboarding, benefits, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support to all employees.\nAssist with the recruitment process by screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining resumes.\nProcess all new hire paperwork to include background checks, drug screens, and physicals.\nCoordinate new hire orientation including preparing packets and requesting company email and employee portal access. \nMaintain personnel files.\nComplete and maintain I-9 records, including periodic audits.\nPrepare benefit reports for payroll. \nComplete employment verifications.\nCompletes all state unemployment claims through external claims system.\nAssist Senior HR Generalist and leadership with updating policies and procedures.\nAssist with the appropriate routing of employee relation issues.\nOversees onboarding for new hires onsite at the Neodesha, KS office.\n Other duties as assigned. \nRequirements\nAssociate degree in HR, Business Administration, or other related field\n1 -
