Please note that we are based in a rural location with no public transport.\nWe are looking for an Analyst Programmer to play a key role in supporting and developing Renishaw’s manufacturing ERP platform, Syteline. Working across a portfolio of integrated business systems, you will combine technical support, business analysis, and solution development to deliver effective solutions that support our manufacturing operations.\n\nResponsibilities\nTo assist with the Level 2 support, development and deployment of IT systems used by the business units within the Renishaw Group, both in the UK and overseas. This currently includes the SyteLine Manufacturing package along with associated software and in-house developed applications.\nWorking closely with staff at all levels and in many areas of the business in order to provide appropriate and cost-effective IT solutions that satisfy the business requirements.\nMultiple elements of the systems development lifecycle including requirements analysis, systems analysis, package selection and configuration, systems design, software development, testing, implementation and support.\nKey requirements\nUniversity degree or equivalent qualification\nExperience working in an IT department or a technical role on an IT implementation project\nDesirable requirements\nExperience of ERP systems support\nSystems implementation and analysis skills\nSQL / Azure SQL knowledge\nExposure to Microsoft development tools\nSkills in Microsoft reporting technologies\nExperience of working with an IT Service Management ticketing system\nPerson specification\nWe are looking for highly motivated individuals to join an experienced team.
