This is primarily an onsite position located at our West Dundee, IL office.\nProcess orders and quotes for material or service received via fax, mail, email telephone, web chat, or personal requests for customers or Renishaw Sales Managers paying special attention to accuracy and detail\nDirects and expedites orders for customer requirements\nConfer with customers to provide information about products and services. This may include technical details, pricing, shipping information, anticipated delays and any additional information needed by customer\nFollow up on orders to ensure delivery to specified dates\nCoordinates product returns and customer complaints\nInterfaces with all internal and external customers\nEscalates issues to higher authorities\nExcellent attention to accuracy and detail\nExcellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively \nAbility to build rapport with prospective customers/ customers\nInterest in manufacturing technology and application\nAccepts responsibility for quality of work\nIdentifies upsell and cross sell opportunities and takes appropriate action when required \nFlexibility and adaptability\nAbility and willingness to learn and progress\nAny other duties as required\nEducation and Experience:Minimum\nHigh school diploma\n3 - 5 years of customer service experience\nProficient with Microsoft office applications especially Outlook, Word and Excel\nEducation and Experience: Preferred\nExport logistics knowledge\nInterest in manufacturing technology\nExperience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems\nExperience with enterprise Resource Planning software applications especially operations (ERP)\nPrior experience working with technical products in a sale or purchasing environment\nCompensation Range-Non-exempt, hourly role (Annual estimate)\n$50,000 to $55,000(depending on experience level)\nIn an effort to comply with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates regarding cash compensation, Renishaw sets standard pay ranges for all U.S.-based roles as established by job function, level, and geographic location.
