We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong people mindset and willingness to learn and grow within HR.\nMain Responsibilities\nProvide general administrative and operational support to the HR EMEA team across a wide range of HR activities and initiatives.\nSupport the recruitment process including job postings, candidate coordination, and liaison with recruitment providers when required.\nEnsure onboarding and offboarding processes are completed accurately and that all required documentation is maintained.\nProvide administrative support across HR activities, including the preparation of reports, presentations, surveys and employee lifecycle documentation.\nSupport employee engagement initiatives and assist in the delivery of HR communications, programmes and campaigns across EMEA.\nAssist in HRIS activities, including data maintenance, testing and implementation of new functionalities when required.\nProvide administrative support for occupational health and safety initiatives and compliance activities.\nSupport HR projects and initiatives, including Talent Management & Development, Sustainability, Diversity & Inclusion activities, while contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and ways of working.\nProvide support in the review and update of the HR EMEA SharePoint, coordinating actions with the team.\nRequirements\nUniversity degree in Psychology, Law, Labour Relations, Business Administration or a related field.\nMinimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position.\nUnderstanding of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, learning and development, and employee administration.\nGood organisational skills and attention to detail.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nProactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within HR.\nAbility to maintain accurate records and prepare documentation.\nAble to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.\nComfortable managing several tasks and deadlines simultaneously.\nFluent English (spoken and written). Spanish and any other European language would be an advantage.\nExperience using Microsoft Office applications.
