The role will involve liaising with internal stakeholders, carriers, organising and monitoring shipments, and supporting the resolution of operational issues. The Logistics Controller will contribute to maintaining high levels of service and data accuracy.\nResponsibilities\nCoordinate domestic and international shipment bookings and track deliveries end-to-end.\nProactively manage delays, exceptions, and escalations to ensure service continuity.\nLiaise with internal teams, carriers, and logistics providers to coordinate shipments and resolve issues.\nAct as a first point of contact for logistics-related queries and provide clear shipment updates.\nSupport customs compliance, import/export documentation, and accurate logistics data management.\nValidate and process freight invoices to ensure accurate cost allocation.\nKey requirements\nExperience in a logistics or supply chain role.\nStrong attention to detail and organisational skills.\nConfident communicator, able to work with multiple stakeholders.\nProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\nExperience working with logistics providers or freight forwarders.\nUnderstanding of import/export processes, customs compliance, and export controls.\nBenefits\nWhen you join Renishaw, we're committing to your future career.
