Working at the intersection of Finance, IT and Data & Analytics, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that financial information is accurate, accessible and delivered through robust, scalable reporting platforms.\nThe role combines finance knowledge, reporting expertise and technical systems capability to support business decision-making, financial planning, statutory reporting and performance management across a global organisation. The successful candidate will help shape the future reporting landscape whilst supporting existing solutions including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI and Infor BI/dEPM (BPM).\nResponsibilities\nInfor BI / dEPM (BPM) Planning & Performance Management\nAct as a key technical and functional specialist for the Group's Infor BI and Infor dEPM (BPM) platforms.\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, planning and management reporting processes across the business.\nDevelop and maintain financial models, cubes, dashboards, reports and planning solutions.\nWork closely with Financial Planning & Reporting Teams to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting effectiveness.\nSupport month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting cycles.\nMaintain integrations between D365 Finance, Sage, Infor dEPM/BPM and other reporting platforms.\nInvestigate and resolve reporting, performance and data quality issues.\nSupport the future evolution and potential modernisation of the Group's reporting and planning landscape.\nKey Requirements\nThe successful candidate will have:\nExperience working with Infor BI, Infor dEPM/BPM or similar enterprise performance management and planning solutions.\nAt least 5 years' experience in finance systems, business intelligence, financial reporting or a similar analytical role.\nExperience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI or equivalent reporting tools.\nStrong SQL and data analysis skills.\nExperience supporting ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication abilities.\nExperience translating business requirements into reporting and technical solutions.\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nDesirable Requirements\nStrong understanding of finance processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting and Forecasting.\nKnowledge of DAX, Power Query and dimensional modelling techniques.\nExperience supporting global finance functions and multi-currency reporting.\nKnowledge of manufacturing environments and associated finance processes.\nExperience supporting ERP implementation or finance transformation programmes.\nPerson Specification\nWe are looking for a proactive and highly analytical individual who is passionate about finance systems, reporting and business performance.\nYou will be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, able to challenge established processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
