develop, test, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.\nBuild scalable, secure, and high-performing backend services that support business-critical financial products.\nDevelop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and production-ready code with a strong focus on • reliability and performance.\nCollaborate with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.\nParticipate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.\nBuild and support distributed systems using modern cloud-native technologies.\nImplement messaging and event-driven solutions using Kafka.\nContribute to engineering best practices, automated testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nRequirements\nWhat You Bring\nEducational Qualification\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.\nExperience\nProven experience developing backend applications using Java.\nStrong experience with Spring Boot or similar Java frameworks.\nExperience building and maintaining distributed systems in production environments.\nExperience working in cloud-native environments is highly desirable.\nExperience in FinTech, banking, payments, lending, or other financial services is an added advantage.\nProfessional Competencies\nStrong proficiency in Java.\nSolid experience with Spring Boot.\nExperience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.\nWorking knowledge of AWS, preferably Amazon EKS.\nExperience with MySQL or other relational databases.\nExperience with Kafka and event-driven architectures.\nKnowledge of Redis caching technologies.\nFamiliarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.\nUnderstanding of software design principles, testing methodologies, and engineering best practices.\nStrong analytical and
