in fintech, lending, banking, or collections.\n- Strong understanding of the loan collections lifecycle and delinquency management.\n- Experience with collection CRM platforms, telephony systems/dialers, and integrating both solutions.\n- Understanding of APIs, data flows, system integrations, and Agile product development.\n- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.\n- Ability to translate business and operational needs into clear product requirements.\nNice to Have\n- Experience working with secured lending products.\n- Experience in digital lending, consumer finance, or microfinance.\n- Knowledge of omnichannel collections, including voice, SMS, WhatsApp, email, and push notifications.\n- Experience with SQL, decisioning
