implemented solutions to ensure they meet business expectations and documented requirements.\nDrive continuous improvements in analysis, documentation, and delivery processes.\nRequirements\nWhat You Bring\nEducational Qualification\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.\nMaster's degree is an added advantage.\nProfessional Certifications\nCertified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is an advantage.\nPMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) is desirable.\nAgile, Scrum, or Product-related certifications are an added advantage.\nSystem Design, Solution Architecture, or Technology-related certifications are beneficial.\nExperience\nMinimum of 5-8 years of experience in Systems Analysis, Business Analysis, Product Delivery, Solution Design, or related technology roles.\nAt least 3 years working within software development environments using Agile methodologies.\nExperience within fintech, banking, financial services, or other high-growth technology-driven organizations.\nHands-on experience documenting functional requirements, system specifications, workflows, and integrations.\nExperience collaborating directly with Engineering, Product, Architecture, and QA teams throughout the product development
