# Courier (Driver)

As a Coursier, you will play a crucial role in the pick-up and delivery of parcels to the customers' place while promoting a customer-focused attitude. Key Responsibilities: Pick-up and deliver parcels/documents in a timely manner Load and unload the company vehicle with parcels/documents Carry out the search for consignee's location in case of incomplete address Help customers to prepare and complete forms and documentations with regard to courier service Maintain and keep up-to-date database of intervention and courier listings on a daily basis Provide a quality service to the satisfaction of the customer Ensure safe and good driving techniques of the company vehicle including but not limited to cars, trucks and vans Requirements: A valid Private Car (Manual) driving license A clean and valid certificate of character Proven experience as a driver Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French Ability to work independently and as part of a team
