If you're motivated, mechanically inclined, and take pride in producing high-quality work, we encourage you to apply.\nJob Summary\nThe Machine Operator is responsible for operating CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment to produce precision components that meet customer and quality requirements. Operators follow established work instructions, perform inspections, record production data, and work closely with Production and Quality to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations.\nCandidates may be considered for a variety of machine operator positions based on their experience, technical skills, and business needs.\nResponsibilities\nOperate CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.\n\nLoad and unload raw materials and finished parts.\n\nFollow work instructions, blueprints, travelers, and manufacturing documentation.\n\nPerform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring equipment.\n\nRecord production and quality information in ProShop ERP.\n\nMonitor machine performance and report equipment or quality issues.\n\nPerform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area.\n\nFollow all safety, quality, and company procedures.\n\nWork collaboratively with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to meet production schedules.\n\nParticipate in training and continuously develop manufacturing skills.\n\nQualifications\nWe're interested in candidates at all experience levels.\nQualifications may include:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n\nManufacturing or CNC machining experience preferred but not required.\n\nMechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.\n\nAbility to read and follow work instructions.\n\nExperience reading blueprints and using precision measuring instruments is preferred for more advanced roles.\n\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.\n\nFrequently lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds.\n\nAbility to use hands and arms to operate machinery and handle materials.\n\nAbility to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).\n\nAbility to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures.\n\nAdditional Information\nThis is an evergreen posting intended to build our pipeline of qualified candidates.
