In this role, you'll support purchasing, inventory, supplier coordination, and production scheduling while working closely with teams across the organization to keep manufacturing running smoothly.\nWhat You'll Do\nCreate and manage purchase orders and inventory transactions in ProShop ERP.\n\nMonitor supplier deliveries and expedite materials when needed.\n\nTrack inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and help maintain inventory accuracy.\n\nCoordinate material availability to support production schedules.\n\nWork with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Accounting to resolve material issues.\n\nPick up materials, tooling, or components from local suppliers and outside processing vendors as needed.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and material flow.\n\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and other supply chain projects.\n\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma and at least 2 years of experience in materials coordination, purchasing, inventory management, shipping/receiving, or a related manufacturing support role.\n\nExperience with an inventory management or ERP system is required.\n\nExperience with daily Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight and small parcel shipping and receiving is required.\n\nPrior experience safely operating a forklift is required.\n\nManufacturing or supply chain experience in a production environment preferred.\n\nStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new business systems.\n\nValid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to operate a company vehicle for local supplier pickups and deliveries as needed.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to work in both an office and manufacturing environment.\n\nFrequent walking throughout the production facility.\n\nOccasional lifting of materials up to 50 pounds.\n\nAbility to drive to local suppliers for pickups and deliveries.\n\nAbility to wear required PPE while on the production floor.\n\nAbout Rennscot MFG\nRennscot MFG, founded in 2017, started as a motorsports-focused shop in the aftermarket automotive industry.
