a focus on software development in Go and Kubernetes.\nProficiency in Go and residency in Germany are non-negotiable for this position.\nResponsibilities\nBuild and maintain backend services using Go, Postgres and Kubernetes.\n\nMaintain and improve cloud and hybrid cloud infrastructure.\n\nBuild tooling that improves developer productivity and reduces manual work.\n\nManage Kubernetes and containerized environments.\n\nManage game server automation and image management\n\nTroubleshoot infrastructure and deployments across development, staging and production.\n\nWork with our Site Reliability Engineer on infrastructure, scalability and observability.\n\nMaintain secure infrastructure configurations and access controls.\n\nDocument infrastructure, pipelines and processes.\n\nYour profile\nExtensive experience in Go, Kubernetes and Linux.\n\nExperience with on-prem, cloud and hybrid cloud infrastructure.\n\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.\n\nScripting in Python and Bash.\n\nKnowledge of Linux and networking, including HTTP/S and TCP.\n\nExperience with Git-based development workflows.\n\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\n\nProfessional experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering or a similar role.\n\nProfessional working proficiency in English.\nNICE TO HAVE\n\nExperience in the gaming industry or game development infrastructure.\n\nExperience with dedicated game servers or multiplayer backend infrastructure.\n\nExperience with PostgreSQL in production environments.\n\nExperience supporting live-service environments and game launches.\n\nFamiliarity with deployment processes for Steam, Epic Games Store, Xbox or PlayStation.\n\nInterest in gaming, motorsport or sim racing.\n\nWhat you can expect from us\nFull-time: 40 hours per week with an initial 6-month probation period.\n\nRemote-first, flexible work environment (must be located in
