We're seeking a sales professional with a proven track record in growing accounts and building relationships in the multi-family sector (flooring or related services is a plus), exceptional communication skills, and a client-centric approach. You'll be responsible for growing our footprint with property management companies and ownership groups in the Orlando market, managing a sales pipeline from prospecting through close, and building the kind of long-term client relationships that turn into repeat and referral business.\nThis role is based in Orlando, FL and requires relocation to the area.\nRequirements\nRESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:\nMeet annual sales targets by developing and executing effective sales plans for both management groups and individual customers\nProspect and build relationships with property management companies and ownership groups in the Orlando market to grow our multi-family services\nManage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close\nIdentify customer challenges and provide actionable solutions, prioritizing opportunities to expand our customer base\nCultivate long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty through consistent communication and problem-solving\nParticipate in industry functions to network effectively and represent Renova One\nMaintain profitability by leveraging product and service knowledge to recommend appropriate solutions and maintain high margins\nAddress customer concerns promptly and effectively, seeking mutually beneficial resolutions\nPrepare and deliver proposals, estimates, and other documentation as needed\nRepresent Renova One at client and company events, embodying our brand values\nManage expenses within allocated budgets\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor's degree in marketing, sales, communications, business, or a related field preferred\nAt least 2 years of experience in professional sales within the construction, renovation, or related industries\nMulti-family industry experience strongly preferred\nProficiency in Microsoft Office\nStrong problem-solving skills\nExcellent customer service orientation\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently\nEffective time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines\nStrong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships\nOTHER:\nAll offers of employment are contingent upon a background check\nValid Driver's License is required\nYour information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines\nSalary Description\n$100K+ earning potential uncapped.
