This role is critical to helping Renova One meet service line expectations by responding to customer inquiries and invoicing customers. The ideal candidate brings experience in billing, invoicing, cash applications, collections, and customer account management, while maintaining a high level of accuracy, responsiveness, and customer service.\nRequirements\nRESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:\nPrepare and process customer invoices accurately and on time\nReview billing data for completeness, accuracy, and proper approvals\nResolve billing discrepancies and respond to internal and customer inquiries\nEnsure billing aligns with contracts, pricing, and project/job details\nApply customer payments (ACH, check, wire, credit card) to the correct accounts\nReconcile customer accounts and research payment variances or short pays\nAssist with AR aging reviews and follow up on open or unapplied items\nSupport month-end close activities related to billing and cash receipts\nLearn and assist with AP processing, including invoice entry and coding\nSupport vendor reconciliations and help resolve invoice discrepancies\nAssist with AP workflows as part of cross-training and development\nMaintain accurate records and documentation\nSupport audits, reporting, and internal controls as needed\nCollaborate with accounting and operations teams to improve processes\nProcess customer invoices within established service-level expectations\nRespond to customer billing inquiries within 24-48 hours\nPerform cash application activities and maintain accurate AR records\nSupport collection efforts and customer account follow-up\nPartner with operations teams to ensure billing information is complete and accurate\nMaintain service-line standards for responsiveness and invoice turnaround times\nUtilize QFloors and Job Runner/Pilot systems for billing and invoicing activities\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nMinimum 2-3 years of experience in invoicing, billing, accounts receivable, cash applications, or collections\nExperience managing customer account inquiries and issue resolution\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy\nAbility to manage competing priorities while meeting billing deadlines\nExcellent customer service and communication skills\nExperience with accounting or billing software preferred\nExperience with QFloors and/or Job Runner/Pilot is preferred\nOTHER:\nAll offers of employment are contingent upon a background check\nYour information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines\n#LI-CM1\nSalary Description\n$22.00 -
