This position will initially lead a major renovation project expected to span approximately 6-8 months. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, including planning, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, budget management, quality control, and client communication.\nWe are open to both candidates seeking a project-based opportunity and those interested in a long-term career path with Renova One.\nRequirements\nRESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:\nManage interior and exterior renovation projects of varying size and complexity from start to finish\nDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work\nPrepare and review accurate project estimates using Xactimate and other estimation tools\nCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery\nServe as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and proactive communication throughout each project\nConduct site visits, inspections, and progress reviews to ensure quality standards are met\nIdentify and resolve project issues, scope changes, and potential risks proactively\nMaintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and records within company systems (LGTK, Smartsheet, Xactimate)\nCollaborate with leadership to support the continued development and scaling of the IR/ER service line\nQUALIFICATIONS:\n5-10 years of project management experience in construction or renovation (interior and/or exterior)\nProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across varying scopes and budgets\nExperience managing large-scale renovation, restoration, or commercial construction projects\nFamiliarity with both interior and exterior renovation scopes strongly preferred\nProven ability to independently oversee project schedules, budgets, field operations, and client relationships\nStrong estimating skills;
