This is an opportunity to be the go-to person in the market - managing a diverse project load, building relationships with clients and vendors, and growing alongside the business. Day-to-day, you'll oversee projects from estimate through closeout, coordinate crews and subcontractors, ensure work is completed on time and on budget, conduct site visits, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the process. You'll also play a key role in scoping and estimating work, managing change orders, and keeping operations running smoothly.\nRequirements\nRESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:\n Manage interior renovation projects from kickoff through completion\nOversee turnkey projects ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence\nEstimate project quantities and get competitive bids for labor and material\nServe as the primary point of contact for clients, subs, and internal stakeholders in the Savanna market\nCoordinate scheduling, scoping, and budgeting for renovation and maintenance work\nIdentify and resolve project issues before they become client problems\nMaintain accurate project documentation and reporting\nBuild and maintain strong subcontractor and vendor relationships\nDevelop accurate and competitive cost estimates and project proposals based on project specifications and market conditions\nCollaborate with project managers, sales teams, and clients to review and refine estimates and proposals as needed\nPrepare and present estimates and proposals to clients, addressing any questions or concerns and negotiating pricing and terms as necessary\nQUALIFICATIONS:\n Proven experience as a Project Manager in multi-family interior renovations or turnkey/maintenance services\nAbility to scope, estimate and bid multi-family projects\nStrong organizational and multi-project management skills\nSelf-starter mentality -
