This role manages day-to-day recruiting activities, coordinates the hiring and onboarding processes, and works closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to support staffing needs and ensure a positive candidate and new hire experience. This position also provides opportunities to develop broader HR knowledge and responsibilities over time.\nRequirements\nRESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:\nManage day-to-day recruiting activities, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and initial phone interviews\nPartner with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and recruiting priorities\nCreate and maintain job postings and proactively source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels\nMaintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, coordinate interviews, and assist with offer letters and pre-employment requirements\nMaintain accurate candidate records, track recruiting activity, and provide updates on open positions and candidate pipelines\nCoordinate the onboarding process, including required documentation, pre-employment activities, HRIS entry, and communication with hiring managers and internal departments\nFacilitate new hire orientation, introducing employees to company policies, procedures, benefits, and available resources\nMaintain accurate and confidential employee records and provide administrative support for benefits enrollment, employee communications, training, and engagement initiatives\nAssist with HR reporting, compliance documentation, audits, and other departmental projects\nIdentify opportunities to improve recruiting, onboarding, and HR processes to increase efficiency and consistency\nSupport HR leadership with additional responsibilities and initiatives, gaining exposure to broader HR functions as opportunities arise\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nAt least 3 years of experience in recruiting\nExperience with Paylocity and LinkedIn Recruiter is strongly preferred\nStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates, employees, and hiring managers\nStrong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion\nAbility to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment\nOTHER:\nAll offers of employment are contingent upon a drug panel and a background check\nYour information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines\nSalary Description\n$28.00 -
