This role serves as a key resource for employees and leaders by supporting employee relations, benefits administration, payroll, onboarding, compliance, performance management, and HR systems. Working closely with the Vice President of Human Resources, the Human Resources Manager helps ensure consistent HR practices across the organization while providing hands-on support for employees and managers. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to HR projects and organizational initiatives while developing broader strategic HR experience over time.\nRequirements\nRESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:\nPartner with the VP of HR on HR strategy, planning, and execution across the organization\nPartner with department leaders to identify workforce needs and create effective staffing plans\nDrive HR process improvements and streamline HR operations for greater efficiency and compliance\nOversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure consistency and a positive experience\nLead and facilitate new hire orientation, ensuring a consistent, engaging welcome experience for all new team members\nProvide guidance and leadership on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans\nAdminister company policies and ensure consistent application across all departments\nSupport HR process improvement initiatives and recommend operational efficiencies\nPartner with the VP of HR on special projects and organizational initiatives\nAssist with implementation of HR programs and process enhancements\nContribute to employee engagement and culture initiatives\nMaintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and lead HR risk management efforts\nManage benefits administration, annual open enrollment, and employee inquiries\nOversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of payroll data\nCoordinate with payroll vendors or internal payroll teams to resolve payroll issues and discrepancies\nEnsure compliance with payroll-related tax laws, wage and hour regulations, and recordkeeping requirements\nSupport the development and implementation of training programs and leadership development\nEnsure accurate recordkeeping and HRIS data management\nPrepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for leadership decision-making\nProvide backup recruiting support as needed \nQUALIFICATIONS:\nAt least 3 years of Human Resources experience with progressively increasing responsibility\nExperience administering payroll, benefits, onboarding, and employee relations programs\nStrong understanding of employment laws and HR compliance requirements\nExperience supporting managers with employee relations investigations, coaching, and performance management\nExperience with HRIS and payroll systems;
