This role will also support emergency restoration services and assist with mitigation projects as business needs require. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and willing to learn both warehouse and restoration operations. Previous restoration, mitigation, construction, or related experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate. This position may require occasional after-hours emergency response work, which includes additional compensation opportunities. Candidates should be flexible, team-oriented, and comfortable working in both warehouse and field environments.\nRequirements\nRESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:\nOperate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently to move materials and products as required\nReceive incoming shipments of materials and products, verifying quantities and inspecting for damage or discrepancies\nAccurately record and label received items, and organize them in designated storage locations within the warehouse\nRetrieve and pack materials and products for customer orders according to picking lists and packing instructions\nPrepare orders for shipment by packaging items securely, labeling packages with shipping information, and arranging for carrier pickup or delivery\nPerform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records and identify discrepancies\nAssist with emergency restoration and mitigation projects as needed\nSupport water, fire, storm, and other property damage response activities\nLoad, transport, set up, and monitor mitigation equipment\nParticipate in restoration training and certification programs as assigned\nRespond to occasional after-hours emergency service calls based on business needs\nCollaborate with other warehouse team members and department supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet daily production goals\nMaintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including sweeping floors, emptying trash bins, keeping aisles clear, and cleaning the parking lot and dumpster areas \nQUALIFICATIONS:\nPrevious warehouse experience preferred\nRestoration mitigation, construction, disaster recovery, or related experience preferred\nWillingness to learn restoration and mitigation services if not previously experienced\nForklift certification or experience preferred\nAbility to regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds\nReliable attendance and strong work ethic\nWillingness to participate in occasional after-hours emergency response assignments for additional compensation\nComfortable working in both warehouse and field environments \nOTHER:\nAll offers of employment are contingent upon a background check\nValid Driver's License is required\nYour information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines\nSalary Description\n$17.00 -
