The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in asset tracking, reporting, compliance, and documentation. This role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as VLOOKUP and Excel reporting.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage the end-to-end IT Asset Lifecycle, including procurement, tagging, allocation, maintenance, and retirement.\nMaintain accurate inventory of all IT assets across locations.\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to asset utilization, movement, and compliance.\nPerform data analysis using Excel functions, especially VLOOKUP and related formulas.\nEnsure compliance of IT assets with company policies and audit requirements.\nCoordinate with internal teams for asset issuance, replacement, and retrieval.\nMaintain and update asset records in internal systems and trackers.\nSupport audits by providing required data and documentation.\nHandle asset-related queries from employees and stakeholders promptly.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\nMinimum 1.6 years of experience in IT asset management.\nStrong understanding of IT Asset Lifecycle processes.\nProficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Cleaning).\nExperience in preparing structured reports (daily/weekly/monthly).\nKnowledge of asset compliance standards and documentation requirements.\nGood communication and coordination skills.\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.\nMandatory Documents:\nCandidates must provide the
