practices, and bringing those innovations into the org to create measurable business value.\n\n- Should define the offshore AI Engineering Center of Excellence (COE), working closely with the counterpart in the US and Delivery teams from India.\n\n- Candidate should be actively leading a team of 10+ AI engineers in their latest / current role.\n\nMust-Have Skills:\n\n- Generative AI, LLMs, development of enterprise-grade AI applications using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI frameworks, and Machine Learning technologies.\n\n- Drive architecture decisions and establish AI engineering standards to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance AI solutions.\n\n- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing offshore AI Engineering team while fostering technical excellence and engineering discipline.\n\n- Design and implement AI agents, chatbots, intelligent automation solutions, and predictive models for enterprise customers and internal stakeholders.\n\n- Research, evaluate, and adopt emerging AI models, frameworks, engineering tools, and best practices that create measurable business value.\n\n- Promote AI-assisted software development, reusable AI platforms, and engineering accelerators to improve productivity and delivery efficiency.\n\n- Challenge conventional engineering approaches by introducing innovative AI architectures, modern frameworks, and reusable solution patterns.\n\n- Partner closely with the US leadership team to establish and expand the offshore AI Engineering Center of Excellence (COE).\n\n- Stay actively engaged with the AI ecosystem through research, conferences, technical communities, and open-source initiatives to drive continuous innovation.\n\n- Mentor AI engineers through architecture reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions while developing future leaders.\n\nRequired Experience:\n\n- 12+ years in Software Engineering with significant AI experience.\n\n- Experience leading a team of at least 10 AI engineers in a large organization.\n\n- Expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, AI orchestration, and ML.\n\n- Experience delivering enterprise AI solutions.\n\n- Strong architecture, communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.\n\n- Passion for continuous learning, experimentation, and innovation.\n\nSoft Skills Required:\n\n- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable plans for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\n- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.\n\n- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.\n\n- Ability to impress customers and prospects with functional knowledge and understanding of their business.\n\n- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively address them.\n\nEducational Qualifications:\n\n- Bachelor's / Master's in Computer Science, AI,
