Our founding engineers include the first engineer at Airtable and the engineer who led the largest code migration in Stripe's history.\nCustomers love Rentana: we are the top-rated revenue management platform on Revyse, with NMHC Top 50 real estate owners and operators on the platform within 1 year of public launch.\nAs we scale our operations, we are looking for a thoughtful and execution-oriented Product Manager to help drive product development and ensure we continue delivering high-impact solutions for our customers.\nJob Summary\nThe Product Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing Rentana’s product roadmap. This position requires a highly motivated and analytically minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys turning complex customer problems into clear product solutions.\nWorking closely with the Chief Product Officer, engineering team, product designer, and customer-facing teams, the Product Manager will own one or more areas of the product and help ensure that projects are well prioritized, well defined, and executed successfully from concept to launch.\nThe ideal candidate has experience building B2B SaaS products and is comfortable working with data-heavy or analytical software. They should be able to understand customer needs deeply, structure ambiguous problems, and collaborate effectively with engineering and design teams to deliver impactful product improvements.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn and manage one or more product areas, helping define requirements and priorities to drive product improvements and new capabilities.\n\nWork closely with the Chief Product Officer to develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring work is prioritized effectively based on customer needs, strategic goals, and engineering capacity.\n\nTranslate customer feedback and feature requests into well-defined product requirements and actionable development plans.\n\nCollaborate with engineering and product design to scope projects, refine solutions, and guide development through launch.\n\nCoordinate product execution from concept through release, including planning, testing, and transitioning features from beta to general availability.\n\nConduct customer interviews and gather feedback from Customer Success and Sales to better understand product usage and identify opportunities for improvement.\n\nAnalyze product usage, customer workflows, and market trends to inform product decisions and roadmap priorities.\n\nHelp establish and improve product development processes as Rentana continues to scale.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.\n\n4+ years of experience in product management, preferably within B2B SaaS or data-driven software products.\n\nStrong ability to analyze complex problems and translate them into clear product requirements and development plans.\n\nExperience working closely with engineering teams to define product specifications and manage product execution.\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams.\n\nComfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.\n\nEntrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience working on analytics platforms, pricing software, or other data-heavy applications.\n\nExperience building products used by operators, analysts, or technical business users.\n\nFamiliarity with the multifamily housing or proptech industries.\n\nExperience working at an early-stage or high-growth startup.\n\nWhat We Offer\nThe opportunity to be part of a pioneering team in a high-growth industry, shaping the future of AI in real estate.\n\nDirect collaboration with the startup’s top leadership, offering a unique insight into business management and strategic decision-making.\n\nA competitive salary with equity options.\n\nComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.\n\nFlexible working conditions with the option to work remotely.\n\nA dynamic, innovative, and supportive work environment.\n\nCompany Values\nFast and Transparent: Speed is a competitive advantage -- but only when paired with transparency.
