The JV brand also focuses on developing industry-leading service operations through the sharing of best practices, new innovations and the use of digital technologies.\n\nYour day to day responsibilities will include:\nTo build awareness of SHE (Safety, Health & Environment)\nTo prepare detailed annual Operating plan segment-wise for tapping new market opportunities\nTo achieve revenue target of the base/branch with consistent performance through the months\nTo ensure profitable business performance and expansion of Rentokil PCI’s services in selected segments.\nTo Ensure corporate credit policy is implemented within stipulated timelines\nTo convert the built-up data base into business and look for expansion and development of new business\nEffective execution of systems and processes as per the guidelines to optimize the base/branch operations. This includes Operations, Finance and inventory systems, and speed apps\nTo analyze competitor ’s activity and plan strategies to meet the challenges and report timely to the Reporting authorities\nTo ensure on-time Service delivery every time with precision and at Pace\nTo identify service GAPs and ensure non- recurrence of the same by implementing continuous monitoring, audit and improvement plans.\nEffective customer contact management and customer relations to achieve the target customer retention of both RBU and CBU.\nEffective management in optimizing sales and service colleague to increase productivity.\nTo monitor and control on cost such as manpower, chemical/material consumption and investment and use of equipment’s.\nTo manage general administration of the base/branch as per the policies and guidelines.\nTo work closely with other functions and conduct regular base/branch meetings to review the performance of all team members\nBuild capability of base/branch teams and manage sales & service colleague retention\nTo ensure and comply all statutory requirements are met on time\nTo ensure effective budgeting to yield a good ROI at the base/branch.\nKEY DELIVERABLES\nBase/Branch KPI’s\nFaster Response - 2/24: 98/100, Root cause analysis and CVC\nP&L - Base/Branch Target and Service Productivity\nAchieving Gross sales, jobbing and product sales targets\nAchieving Total Sales revenue\nCustomer retention\nCustomer Voice Counts\nYour Voice counts progress\nSales & Service/contract colleagues retention\nManaging DSO/Collections.\nCORE COMPETENCIES\nDeliver results : Need to deliver what’s required\nAct Commercially : Uses business thinking\nManage Self : Manage own emotions\nCoach and Develop : Coach and Develop by giving practical support\nWork with Others : Work with Others being a team player\nDisplay leadership : Display leadership through communicating expectations & direction.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s Degree (or its equivalent) in a related area and at least 5 years Sales & Operations experience\nShould be an excellent individual performer with prior experience of team handling\nShould have experience in Sales, Operations & Customer Service.\nMust have the geographical knowledge.\nBenefits\nAre you interested?
