You will help colleagues resolve everyday IT issues, set up and maintain their devices and accounts, and keep our IT running smoothly day to day. This is a hands on support role for someone who is patient, practical, and enjoys solving problems and helping people.\nWhat You Will Do\nAct as the first point of contact for users needing technical help, through IT tickets, email, or in person\nDiagnose and resolve everyday hardware, software, and network issues\nSupport Windows, Chrome OS, Microsoft 365, printers, and common business applications\nInstall, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices\nCreate and manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions\nEscalate unresolved issues to higher level support or external vendors when needed\nKeep accurate records of IT support requests and resolutions in a ticketing system\nMonitor IT inventory, including hardware and accessories\nSupport staff onboarding and offboarding by preparing IT assets and accounts\nEnsure adherence to internal IT policies and data security standards\nAct as a liaison between the IT department, vendors, and other internal departments\nRequirements\nA Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field\nTwo to four years of experience in IT support or IT coordination roles\nA good understanding of networking basics, Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and general IT infrastructure\nFamiliarity with IT asset management and vendor coordination\nGood knowledge of IT support ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow\nExcellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills\nThe ability to work independently and as part of a team\nFluency in
