Responsible for achieving and exceeding sales quotas, retention, and revenue targets whilst building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders within the business services industry. Conducting regular client business reviews and working closely with the operations team to ensure the services are carried out to the customers satisfaction.\nIn this role, you will be responsible for:\nManage our existing client base and analysing their needs to increase sales\nConducting site audits to ensure everything is operating as expected on-site\nDevelop and maintain strategic business relationships with customer base within major accounts\nDevelop proposals appropriate to customers' needs, including product, service and cost options\nFacilitate the resolution of any operational and accounts issues by actively resolving all first-line queries and escalating where required\nDocument all customer contact information into company systems and applications\nMonitor competitor and market activity, reporting significant developments to management and monitor market trends through personal contact with customers\nThe ideal candidate must possess:\nPrevious experience in a similar role\nStrong customer service skills\nAbility to balance required field activity whilst managing speedy client response timelines\nStrong selling and negotiating skills\nVersatility to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels\nExcellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal\nAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment\nIntermediate Microsoft Office skills\nGood attention to detail\nThe successful candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen as well as background checks.\nAt Rentokil Initial, we are proud to be the global expert in pest, hygiene and indoor plant care.
