You will schedule appointments, dispatch our technician teams, and make sure every treatment is delivered to Rentokil Boecker standards. It is a central coordination role for someone organised, client focused, and calm under pressure, who takes pride in keeping a busy operation on track and clients happy.\nWhat You Will Do:\nSchedule client appointments and arrange proper dispatching for all technician teams\nPrepare daily schedules for on site technicians and make sure treatments are carried out as planned\nMake sure chemical and non chemical products are always available in the right quantities for each team, and monitor usage\nHandle client call backs and resolve them within 48 hours\nCoordinate with the sales department on new clients\nHandle client data accurately and on time on company systems\nReview treatment reports and take action where needed\nCarry out customer satisfaction checks and field audits to ensure health and safety standards are applied\nAdvise clients on pests, sanitation, pest proofing, and the right treatment approach\nPrepare and submit operational reports to management\nRequirements\nA Bachelor’s degree in business administration, agribusiness, environmental science, or equivalent\nAt least two years of experience in operations or a relevant field\nProficiency in English is a must, Arabic is a plus\nEffective decision making and problem solving skills\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nRemarkable attention to detail\nStrong organisation and the ability to
