line with business needs.\nRecruitment Coordination\nCoordinate the recruitment process from vacancy opening through candidate selection.\nCoordinate recruitment activities in line with company recruitment procedures.\nEnsure internal candidates are managed in accordance with the internal recruitment process.\nCandidate Sourcing and Screening\nSource candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other relevant channels.\nReview CVs and applications against job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.\nConduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, communication skills, language proficiency, availability, and salary expectations.\nMaintain an active candidate database and talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.\nInterview Coordination\nSchedule interviews between candidates, HR representatives, and hiring managers.\nCommunicate interview details, confirmations, and any changes to relevant stakeholders.\nKeep candidates informed of their application status and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.\nRecruitment Administration and Reporting\nMaintain and regularly update recruitment trackers, vacancy status reports, and candidate databases.\nEnsure recruitment documentation is complete, accurate, confidential, and compliant with company procedures.\nRequirements\nSaudi National Candidates only\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nGood organizational and time-management skills.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to manage multiple
